The virus that causes cold sores or fever blisters is known as the herpes simplex virus (HSV). There are two types of herpes simplex virus, HSV-type-1 and HSV-type-2. Oral herpes causes by HSV-1 but genital herpes is a sexually transmitted viral infection caused by the HSV-2. Genital Herpes (HSV-2) is the second most common form of herpes that occurs around and on the genital areas. Much less commonly, cold sores or blisters may be caused by HSV-2. Quite often, people can be infected while showing no outward signs of infection.
Stress is one of the causes
of cold sores or fever blisters outbreaks, because the herpes virus lives in the nervous system cells, it's very sensitive to stress changes. Some of the main stress like physical injuries, dental work, loose denture, loose or broken teeth, pregnancy, allergies, environmental toxins and medications causes cold sores/blisters.

Extra virgin olive oil contains natural anti-oxidants and vitamins, which act an anti-inflammatory for the skin diseases. Lauric acid and monolaurin in the extra virgin coconut oil has been known to destroy lipid-coated viruses such as herpes, cytomegalovirus, influenza and various pathogenic bacteria. Black seeds oil stimulated immune cells and raised the interferon production, which protects cells from the destructive effect of viruses.
Directions
External use only. Adult and children over 12 years: apply one-two drops of this lotion directly on the cold sore and gently rub in circular motion until completely absorbed. Apply twice a day, once early in the morning and leave it there for 1-2 hrs and once before going to bed for over night. Clean and dry the affected area with a warm, moist soft cloth before and after each application. Avoid heat and direct sunlight exposure after application. Continue applying cold sore healing lotion until your herpes disappear. When the cold sores have completely disappeared, apply this lotion liberally as often as necessary on the whole area. Continue use this lotion after the herpes have disappeared as a preventative measure to avoid a future occurrence.
